Spend Time on Yourself

Dear Swaggerspot family,
Make sure you take time from your busy day to actually
spend some time on yourself. Many times we go through our
day following orders, making others happy, and doing things
that we "have to do", never get so caught up that you stop
taking care of your needs. Your needs are more important
than your boss and his/her needs, your expectations are
more important than your friend's expectations. Enjoy life.
